For their own safety, the Federation and the elite rich built the Floating City, from where they can govern the planet remotely, while ordinary citizens remain on the surface to produce goods and services. To hold the line, the Federation established an early warning system and assembled a team of protectors called the Night Watchers. Among the Night Watchers, Dexter Li, the host of the Ghost Slayer System, is a unique existence. Other Night Watchers grow stronger through their special abilities, but Dexter Li gains abilities and energy from killing Terrors! One hit, one kill! When strength comes this easily, can you really blame him for being unstoppable?

What was his name again? ---------- Basically I drew a picture in 2015 and people really wanted to know more about the character in it and what led up to it. Our overly confident protagonist insists on retrieving the man back at all cost. What will he risk is he underestimating this monstrosity? It seems only the narrator can answer this question. Society The society was ruled by what believe is Deity or a devil himself named Vlad. Vlad is to believed as the first kinetic human who lived hundreds of years. Vlad became a tyrant to rule people all over different parts of the world. Which created multiple civilizations under his rule.
