When you are tied up in a fantasy that feels better than reality, it can be hard to let go.

Fantasy is better sometimes, but reality is what you know and it can sometimes be better than fantasy. But in fantasy, you are never truly who you once were. You’re a shell of your former self. And Verity found that out with her father. So she wants to get him back, and go back to reality.

    • Amanda Lyons: very true

    • Sabre Hawks: I second that it's very true
